Das Writing Services adopt a clear refund policy. Since customer satisfaction and service are important to Us, We review each and every refund request individually and strive hard to fulfil the requirements of customers.

In the following policy, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” denote Das Writing Services Pvt. Ltd. and “You” and “Your” represents the clients that the company has served. This policy dictates under what circumstances You can return the content you have purchased from Us.

Refund Conditions

You can request for full or partial refund under the following conditions. That is if You:

** Deem Our content “Unusable” for Your particular campaign. 
** Find there are “Major Flaws” in the content We have delivered. 

You cannot take more than 14 days from the delivery date to place a refund request. Also, you have to state the exact reason behind Your requesting the same. 

Note that You can only ask for a refund on the content you are yet to publish and not the ones already on Your website.

Refund Methods

You have to request a full or partial refund via Our specific refund section. Once You have placed Your request, We will immediately process the transaction for You. 

Your money will be deposited into the same source via which you had made the payment initially. This transaction could take a couple of days to a week, depending on Your banking facility and country-specific requirements.

How does Our refund policy work?

Our policy is straightforward and based on quality issues. If You happen to find the content we send doesn’t meet your standards, We are willing to refund the full or partial amount you have paid. 

Should You decide to stop the project even before We deliver You any content, it doesn’t fall under a refund request. Instead, it falls under cancellation, and You can cancel a project within 24 hours from the moment You have placed Your order. 

Note that You cannot cancel a project. Our writers have already started writing for it.

How to ask for cancellation and refund?

You can either apply for a full or partial refund or cancellation by mailing Us at admin@daswritingservices.com. We will immediately contact You by the next working day to initiate the process and cater to Your concerns in the best way possible.
