Das Writing Services adopt a clear refund policy. Since customer satisfaction and service are important to Us, We review each and every refund request individually and strive hard to fulfil the requirements of customers.

In the following policy, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” denote Das Writing Services Pvt. Ltd. and “You” and “Your” represents the clients that the company has served. This policy dictates under what circumstances You can return the content you have purchased from Us.

Refund Conditions

You can request for full or partial refund under the following conditions. That is if You:

** Deem Our content “Unusable” for Your particular campaign. 
** Find there are “Major Flaws” in the content We have delivered. 

You cannot take more than 14 days from the delivery date to place a refund request. Also, you have to state the exact reason behind Your requesting the same. 

Note that You can only ask for a refund on the content you are yet to publish and not the ones already on Your website.

Refund Methods

You have to request a full or partial refund via Our specific refund section. Once You have placed Your request, We will immediately process the transaction for You. 

Your money will be deposited into the same source via which you had made the payment initially. This transaction could take a couple of days to a week, depending on Your banking facility and country-specific requirements.
